- Rake is $1 or over - 1BBP
- Rake is $0.75 to $0.99 - 0.5BBP
- Rake is $0.5 to $0.74 - 0.25BBP
- Rake is $0.25 to $0.49 - 0.1 BBP
- Rake is $0.10 to $0.24 - 0.05 BBP
