Thunder Tournaments

Due to popular player demand, Poker Plex has introduced one of the most exciting Tournament format there is.

Thunder Tournaments leave players with reduced action time and players will have the chance to test their skills.

Players will only have a mere 12 seconds to act and there will be shorter blind levels (6 minutes).

The Thunder Tournaments are a great way to test your speed and decision making, so if you think you've got what it takes to be a Thunder Tournament champion, there are plenty of Thunder Tournament options waiting for you in the Poker Plex lobby now!

Headhunter Challenge

Anyone who knocks a player out of the tournament will receive cash. The more players you eliminate, the more cash you win - and a bigger targret you will become as the value of your own head incereases with every head you take.

All players entering a Headhunter Tournament pay the same buy-in + entry fee. The prize pool is then divided, with a portion being allocated to heads, and the rest going towards the standard prize pool. Although it's configurable, the standard Headhunter Tournament will award 50% of the prize pool based upon heads that are knocked out and 50% as the regular prize pool.

$1000 Bonus

Poker Plex is giving players the chance to choose their monthly bonus depending on their level of play. Monthly bonuses are activated on the first day of each month at 00:01 EST and expire on the last day of each month at 23:59 EST.

2007-2008 WPT/EPT

Bad Beat Jackpot

The Poker Plex Bad Beat Jack Pot will never drop below a minimum of $2,500. Every morning at 12:00AM EST, the Jack Pot will increase by $150 per day.

Hand Qualification Criteria
In order to qualify for Jack Pot you must be playing at regular cash game tables in either Texas Hold’em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud or Omaha H/L.

Texas Hold’em
You will need four of a kind minimum Jacks or better beaten. Both hole cards must be utilized in the winning and losing hand

7 Card Stud, Omaha or Omaha H/L
Any four of a kind with a minimum Jacks or better beaten. At least two of the four cards are in the hole.

Prize Distribution: Notification
Notification by at least one participating player must be received within two hours of the hand being played. If a player believes that they participated in a Bad Beat, the player must:

Email the hand number to customer support for review by the Poker Room Manager. Poker Room Manager will review the Bad Beat and direct support staff to put funds into the winning players account within five business days.
